new mexico paralegal

We’re thrilled to introduce Gloria Sepnieski, who has joined our firm as a Paralegal. She brings over 20 years of experience in the legal field, most recently serving as a paralegal with Cordell & Cordell.

Gloria holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Metropolitan College in Albuquerque.

Her interest in law runs deeper than legal procedure — she has a lifelong fascination with the U.S. corrections system and the evolution of constitutional protections. She describes the Constitution as both “fluid and permanent,” a foundational document that continues to shape justice in America. Drawn to the nuance and complexity of criminal cases, Gloria is particularly interested in the “why” behind each story — recognizing that every defendant’s situation is unique, and justice requires seeing the full picture.

“I’ve always believed that everyone deserves a strong advocate,” Gloria says. “What drew me to this firm was its client-centered approach and dedication to fighting for fairness.”

Gloria has long been drawn to criminal defense because it allows her to work closely with individuals whose voices often go unheard. She believes deeply in the importance of second chances and the power of a legal team that truly listens.

At our firm, Gloria will support Dan with case preparation, discovery, trial support, document drafting, and client communication — ensuring every case is handled with precision and care.

Her depth of knowledge and empathy make her an exceptional addition to our dynamic and passionate team.
