Who else in your office will be working on my case?
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Bring all related documents – charges, court notices, police reports, security clearance paperwork, agency correspondence – for a comprehensive case evaluation.
Do you offer consultations remotely for clients outside Santa Fe?
Yes. We provide confidential phone or video consultations for clients statewide and beyond.
Do you handle employment law cases?
No except for National Security Clearances. We are experts in national security clearance law and have been working with national Security Clearance cases in New Mexico for 30 years.
Does Dan Cron Law Firm, P.C. offer representation for appeals?
We do not work on criminal defense appeals. We do work with clients on appeals for DOE security clearances and professional licensure all the time.
Does your firm have bilingual attorneys or staff?
No, not at this present time.
